Federal Government Program National Master Standing Offer (NMSO)
Ordering: Panasonic Notebooks can be ordered by submitting a Call-up/Purchase order to any authorized NMSO reseller (Verbal orders cannot be accepted). The Call-up/Purchase Order must be to:

The approved NMSO installing dealer of your choice must be named at the bottom. Call-ups against the NMSO shall be made using Form DSS-MAS 942 or DSS 944 (English) / MAS 945 (French). These call-ups shall not exceed $40,000.00 GST/HST included.
Delivery:
All products will be FOB destination. Delivery will be completed:
Within 15 calendar days for lots of less than 20 units;
Within 20 calendar days for lots from 20 to 1000 units;
Within 30 calendar days for lots of more than 1000 units.
Invoicing:
All invoices will show the complete Call-up/order number. Invoices will be issued from Panasonic Canada Inc.
Prices:
Prices and/or NMSO products are continually updated. Please check the NMSO approved products and pricing for up to date details.
Warranty:
All NMSO Ruggedized Notebooks are covered by a three year parts and labour warranty.
On-site warranty can be purchased separately.
Each Panasonic accessory is covered by a one year parts and labour warranty. Accessories include batteries, CD-ROM,
FDD and DVD-ROM drives, port replicators, and AC adapters. Non-Panasonic branded items are covered by the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
Configuration:
Costs for configuration are included in the specified NMSO pricing (i.e. formatting HDD, installation of operating system, or peripheral items).
Service:
To obtain in-warranty service, contact an authorized Panasonic NMSO service outlet nearest to your location. A complete list of approved service locations is listed in Appendix B of the NMSO.
