Problem: Playing Blu-ray disc title "Inglourious Basterds" on certain Panasonic Blu-ray players
Some customers are experiencing a problem playing Blu-ray disc title "Inglourious Basterds". To fix this problem, your Blu-ray player requires a firmware update. Firmware updates for Panasonic Blu-ray Players can be downloaded from our website:

For models with a LAN terminal (rear panel), firmware updates can be performed via high speed Internet. Please refer to the operating manual for details.
Problem: Playing Blu-ray disc title "Crank 2: High Voltage" on certain Panasonic Blu-ray players
Some customers are experiencing a problem playing Blu-ray disc title "Crank 2: High Voltage". To fix this problem, format an SD card before inserting the movie disc into your Blu-ray player.
Formatting an SD card:
Insert an SD card (1GB or higher capacity) into the SD slot of your Blu-ray player
Press [FUNCTIONS], select "Other Functions" and press [OK]
Select "Card Management" and press [OK], then follow the on-screen commands
Once formatting is complete, leave the SD card in the SD card slot. Insert the movie disc into the Blu-ray player and it should play normally.
Panasonic models affected are: DMP-B15, DMP-BD35, DMP-BD50, DMP-BD55, DMP-BD60, DMP-BD70, DMP-BD80, SC-BT200 and SC-BT300. This is a problem that affects Blu-ray players by other manufacturers as well.
Problem: Playing Blu-ray disc title "Twilight" on Panasonic Blu-ray players.
Some customers are experiencing a problem playing the Blu-ray disc title "Twilight" sold in Canada. After a study by the Blu-ray Disc Association, they found that the problem is caused by the disc, and not by the player.
